INFORMATION GATHERING & ANALYSIS

A variety of tools are used to gain a deep understanding of your current health status and set the stage for our work together. We discuss your health history, analyze your symptom burden, evaluate a food and mood journal, and perform the necessary functional testing to identify the root causes of your symptoms. All of this information helps inform the action steps we will create to rebalance your body and move you towards your health goals.

INDIVIDUALIZED THERAPEUTIC PROTOCOL

Next, I will create a custom healing protocol tailored to your unique symptoms, imbalances, and goals. Protocols include dietary recommendations, lifestyle practices, and targeted therapeutic supplementation. We will work together to identify and overcome barriers so that the changes you make feel sustainable within the unique architecture of your life.

EVALUATE & MAINTAIN

After completing your healing protocol we will evaluate the progress you’ve made and create a plan for moving forward. Just as the “perfect diet” varies from individual to individual, the length of time needed to heal is also bio-individual. Re-testing certain functional labs helps ensure the necessary healing has taken place. We can then move from healing to maintenance, setting you up for continued life-long success.
